We are always available. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8am until  5pm. Emergency phone numbers are available through the office 24 hours a day.  We provide spectacular service that is well known throughout the industry.  Once a week, we visit the job site, inspecting the units and make sure our customers are getting what they deserve.  We pride ourselves on fast efficient service that will meet all your portable restroom needs. We offer a variety of products and services, and a friendly staff to help. Over the years we have established long-term relationships with many customers, and we look forward to establishing a relationship with you as well.

How many restrooms will I need for my job site?

One portable restroom will be sufficient for up to 10 workers per 40-hour workweek serviced one time per week. A 1 to 10 ratio is also the ANSI standard for our industry. Please, contact our customer service department at 231-788-4215 or 888-320-9992 for more information.

What service is provided each week for my portable restroom(s)?

1) Ensure that the restroom is safely situated and accessible
2) Remove any trash or debris from unit
3) Wash and sanitize all surfaces including the walls, urinal, toilet seat, and floor
4) Holding tank completely empty
5) Add fresh water and deodorant solution to tank
6) Replace fragrant deodorizer disk
7) Replenish supplies
8) Complete or schedule needed repairs

What if my unit is inaccessible for service?

Our driver will make all reasonable attempts to service your restrooms. The unit will be cleaned and supplies restocked. It will be noted in your file as to why the unit was partially serviced. If the unit is partially serviced due to being blocked, unreachable, behind locked gates, etc. you may request us to return to your site before your next scheduled route day at an additional fee.

What additional options are available when ordering a portable restrooms?

The following additional options are available at your request.

• Hand Sanitizer
• Damage Waiver (construction only)
