No job is too LARGE or too SMALL!

A clean portable restroom improves employee moral
A clean portable restroom located on a job site sends a clear message to all employees that their company cares about each employees needs.  The alternative can lead to an over polluted work environment.  By placing portable restrooms on site your employees can use a clean restroom facility.  Consequently, resulting in more efficient employees and an overall improved attitude.  By placing a portable restroom within 75 to 100 feet of the work area, and allowing one unit for every ten employees working a forty hour week, the restroom will remain clean and inviting.

Portable restrooms present a professional image
When your company places portable restrooms on site for employees it indicates that you care about your employees needs and the overall cleanliness of the job site.  In addition, the presence of a portable restroom presents a professional image to potential customers and others visiting your job site.

A portable restroom will offer drastic savings to your company’s bottom line
In an average work month, the average cost of a portable restroom on your job site is fifty cents per hour.  This is a small fee in comparison to the savings it can bring your company.  Adding a portable restroom to your job site decreases the distance your employees would need to travel to a restroom facility, consequently, saving your company time and money.

Contractors realize that when employees have to leave the job site or walk too far to use toilet facilities it costs money. The average time needed, including travel, to make one off-site restroom usage is 7 minutes. If you divide a worker’s pay plus benefits/hour, by 60 minutes you’ll discover the cost for each minute of restroom usage. A University of Missouri-St. Louis, Study: “Provision of Sanitation Facilities at Construction Sites,” calculated that at four types of construction sites studied in the St. Louis area contractors earned an 850% return on their investment in portable facilities. Availability of units was important in the study. Every group of seven workers had access to a facility within 100 feet of the group’s central location. Portable units are not only less expensive than permanent facilities but their use improves productivity.
